WORKFLOW
Sketch→ Lines → Base Colors/Lighting→ Final Polish & Rendering
I will communicate with the client throughout the process and provide updates at each stage
Composition and pose must be finalized during sketch stage
Major revisions cannot be made during the rendering phase
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery can be expected within 1-2 months, depending on complexity of work
Client will be informed of any delays
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
No refunds are available unless I am unable to complete the work
COMMUNICATION
If the client fails to communicate at check-in points (no response after 7 days), the commission may be delayed or in extreme cases, cancelled without refund
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned illustration
I will upload the finished piece for my portfolio, unless the client asks for privacy in advance
The client must give credit if posting the finished illustration
Commissions for personal use include: use as a display on social media (profile picture, header, casual post, etc)
Commissions for commercial use require my permission and an additional fee
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly forbidden
Commissions are strictly forbidden for use in AI/NFTs
The client may not claim ownership of the works
